Refund & Returns Policy

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. This right applies to all orders placed with Clearwater Health Ltd.

1. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods.
  • The item is in its original, unopened condition, with the seal intact.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplement bottles unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described.

2. How to initiate a return

  1. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt by emailing info@revivemmpurgeeo.world or using our contact form. Please include your name, order reference number and the reason for return.
  2. Receive return instructions - we will respond within 2 business days with the return address and any further instructions.
  3. Ship the item - securely package the item and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  4. Refund processing - once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (or evidence of return). Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

3. Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photographs of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

4. Refund amount

Approved refunds cover the full price paid for the returned item(s). Standard return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.

5. Non-returnable items

  • Opened food supplement bottles (unless faulty or not as described).
  • Items returned after the 14-calendar-day withdrawal period has expired.
  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging through no fault of ours.
